For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept product returns.
• Replacements
A replacement will be provided if your order arrives missing, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, we will also resend your order once corrected.
• Refunds
We do not issue refunds.
• Store Credit
If you are not fully satisfied with a scent or product, we are happy to issue store credit. This allows you to select a different fragrance or product that better suits your preferences.
